Barry Everiit - House Of Mercy

 House of Mercy radio show started when Barry Everitt was promoter of London's Country/Roots/Bluegrass/Blues venue, The Borderline Club in 2000.....in 2001 The Borderline won Time Out's prestigious 'Venue of the Year' award and Barry won the readers vote 'Promoter of The Year'...Borderline Radio morphed into the House of Mercy after he left the venue in February 2007. He started to record 'as live' sessions in the Boudoir Studios in North London weekly. Those who have already visited the now globally famous studio are..Peter Rowan, Al Perkins, Paul Jones, Dave Kelly, Judy Collins, Gurf Morlix, Rachel Harrington, Devon Sproule, Gretchen Peters, Eliza Gilkyson, Eilen Jewell, Bex Marshall, Otis Gibbs, Charlie Parr, Eve Selis, B.J.Cole, Carrie Rodriguez, Phil Lee ..over 200 sessions.

Barry started his radio career in 1970 on Radio Geronimo, Europe's first free form progressive radio station owned by Rolling Stones producer Jimmy Miller and T-Rex & The Move's manager Tony Secunda,  Barry then travelled to New York and helped start WPLJ-fm... then to Europe's North Sea and pirate radio with Radio Caroline/ Radio Seagull. Later back to the US for another 5 years working at KSML, KFAT, KDKB, and ending up producing & hosting Rock Around The World a syndicated radio magazine hailing from Los Angeles.
