WSM-AM/Nashville will broadcast the public memorial service for the late Mel Tillis live from Nashville's Ryman Auditorium today (1/31) at 10am. US Central Time

The broadcast will also be available on WSMonline.com and the station's mobile app. Artists paying tribute to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Grand Ole Opry member include Ricky Skaggs, Ray Stevens, Larry Gatlin & the Gatlin Brothers, Alison Krauss with the Street Corner Symphony, Jamey Johnson, Collin Raye, Daryle Singletary, Lorrie Morgan, Ira Dean, Pam Tillis, Sonny Tillis, and Carrie April Tillis. Tillis' band The Statesiders will accompany select performances and fellow CMHoF member/National and Country Radio Hall of Famer Ralph Emery will emcee.
